Delivery & Setup—If you are new to computers, ask about our delivery & setup service for total peace of mind. 60 Minute delivery and setup charge from Dell is $129. We charge $85. Many of the retail stores don’t even offer this service. OnSite Warranty option—Our Onsite Warranty means you don’t have to pack up your system and send it away for repair, we come to you saving you time and money. No one wants to talk about products failing, but with electronics this can happen. We minimise the downtime by having an Onsite repair service or for more serious repairs a pickup and drop back service. It is not unusual to hear about 6-8 week delays from other companies for a repair. This is totally unreasonable to us. We understand Computers are part of everyday life and being without one is frustrating – a one week warranty repair for us is a lengthy repair. We use the latest technology—New software is always coming onto the market. Because we use the latest technology InHouse systems are more compatible with this, and future software releases. We use non specific industry standard components— Our systems use standard components and power supplies that can be changed easily by any computer service outlet. Generic components are typically more than 30 percent cheaper than multi-national brand components. This is because they make a huge profit form spare parts. We recently were quoted $285 for a Hewlett Packard power supply. A generic NZ approved power supply sells for $69. Multi-national companies typically purchase stock from suppliers due to go end-of-life in bulk. They will also purchase on a price point. We speak plain English—Don’t get confused with Techno Jargon, have us explain it to you. We have years of experience in the industry – if you don’t understand please just ask us and well explain it to you. You can speak directly with a technician—Rather than dialing an 0800/0900 number, holding or having to leave a message - frustrating… Inhouse doesn’t have a call center in Calcutta or Malaysia and you can speak with our technicians directly! If we don’t already have it in stock we can get it—If you need something special we can get it from our huge range of suppliers. We stock a wide range of components to build our systems quickly however if you are after something special please ask and we can get it for you. We understand the need to have specialist business staff that understand the importance of being on time and resolving problems quickly. We have 24/7 service available. Up to the minute software installation with all the latest drivers and updates, also Shareware/Spam free- Multinationals make partners with other companies and bombard their systems with shareware and free trial software. This slows down the system from day one and having continual popup reminders to purchase software gets very frustrating. All our systems have the LATEST up to the minute software updates and drivers installed on them. This saves you hours of time. Most multinational systems are manufactured overseas and shipped to a wholesaler then to the retailer. This entire process can take months and months which means you have to download all the updates and security patches yourself. Software and Hardware extended Warranty options- Not only do we have extended Hardware Warranties available that are transferable if you sell your system BUT we offer a unique Software Warranty option which covers you for ANY software errors. Be it Viruses, an accidental deleted file which causes Windows to misbehave or all manner of Software misadventure, just pop the system back into us and you will be covered. Ask about our one and two year options. Buy with confidence - 30 day upgrade rights*- We offer a 30 day upgrade right on all Hardware and parts we sell. We stand behind the recommendations we give you. If for any reason you wish to upgrade your system Hardware within the 1st month of receiving it from us we will oblige. We have loan and rental equipment available to our customers- Should you be without your system we can organise loan equipment for you – or if you would like to rent a projector for a presentation (or the big game) we have these available as well. Configure your information for you- We can copy all your information over from your old PC to your new one. A straight copy of your data is free! If you would like us to import email, address books, favourite internet sites etc we are able to do this for you as well.
